Large Oil On Canvas

Painted by Cincinnati based artist Rudolf Tschudi (1855-1923) this large oil painting on canvas depicts a romantic coastal scene with a nude female figure with long flowing red hair. It also features a castle perched on a hill along a rocky coast overlooking a vast landscape. This impressive bar dude was created possibly for a lodge or bar in the late 19th century. It is signed in the lower right corner, and is displayed in a wooden gold tone frame.
