Large “Horner” Carved Hall Bench

Commanding, carved hall bench, with large, beveled-glass back mirror, shaped frame with angular crown, spindle railing arms, flip-up bench seat compartment, four sets of double coat hooks and floral relief accents on trim. Built by the historical New York furniture maker, R.J. Horner & Co., this piece includes an identifying manufacturer’s label on the back panel.
