6-Piece “Horner” Chair Set

Vintage, six-piece dining room table chair set, with upholstered seats, carved chair back crowns with floral relief carved lion head finials, shaped legs with claw feet, and other carved detailing. Set includes one larger main chair with shaped arms, plus five matching armless chairs. Upholstery on all chairs is fastened with brass rivets. Built by the historical New York furniture maker, R.J. Horner & Co., circa late 1800s.
