1840s Flame Mahogany Empire Bookcase

Impressive, circa-1840s, two-stack Empire bookcase, with glass doors and shaped crown. Has original finish, in prime condition. Includes two-door lower cabinet with two drawers, plus two-door upper bookcase with four shelf levels. Design features include carved upper columns, shaped glass panes of various sizes, shaped braces and feet, and detachable crown piece.
